Yes, we regularly restock most of our jewellery collections. If you have your heart set on a specific item that is currently out of stock, please contact us via email. Provide us with the name and size of the jewellery you desire, and we will gladly check the estimated arrival time for you. Alternatively, you can subscribe to our “Notify me” option located below the jewellery details, and we will notify you as soon as it becomes available again.

In some cases, it may be possible to order a jewellery piece that was previously part of our collections. Please reach out to us via email, specifying the jewellery you are interested in. We will check its availability and provide you with further information.

Unfortunately, we do not offer customised engravings at this time. For a precise and satisfactory result, we recommend visiting a local jewellery professional who specializes in custom engravings.

Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we are currently unable to offer a bespoke jewellery service to our customers. Moreover, alterations to existing items, such as stone color, metal type, or stone size, are not available unless explicitly mentioned on the product page.

To make a purchase, simply select the desired jewellery piece, choose your size, stone, and metal type (if applicable), and click “ADD TO CART.” You can continue shopping or review the items in your cart by clicking on the cart icon in the top right-hand corner of our website. When you’re ready, click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” to either log in to your existing account or create a new one by completing the required information.

We accept various credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Diners Club. Additionally, we offer convenient payment options such as Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Klarna.

We capture the total amount at the time of placing your order. If all the jewellery items you’ve purchased are in stock, we will proceed with packing and fulfilling your order as soon as the shipment is ready. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with all the shipment details. In the event that any items are out of stock, we will promptly refund you.

Shipping & Delivery

All jewellery orders are shipped from our location in Ioannina, Greece. We take pride in delivering our creations to customers worldwide.

Once your order is confirmed, we strive to ship it within 1-2 working days. The delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected. Typically, deliveries within Greece and Europe take 3-5 working days, while international deliveries may vary due to customs procedures and distance.

Many of our exquisite jewellery pieces are handcrafted and made to order. This meticulous process ensures the highest quality and attention to detail. As a result, items that require production may take a little longer to ship. We appreciate your patience and assure you that the wait will be worth it.

Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your shipment.

If you need to update the shipping address for your order, please contact us at cs@sarracollections.com. Kindly provide your order number and the correct address details. We will assist you in making the necessary changes as long as the order has not been packed or shipped.

We offer free worldwide shipping on orders above 200 USD. For orders below this amount, shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process based on your shipping address.

Yes, all our prices include taxes (VAT) and import duties. We operate on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, ensuring that your order is not subject to any additional charges upon delivery.

Rest assured, all orders are insured against theft and accidental damage during transit. However, once your order is delivered and signed for at the specified address, it is no longer covered by insurance.

Returns & Exchanges

If you change your mind about an item, you can initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please refer to our return policy for detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Once you have shipped the return back to us, it typically takes about 5-7 working days to reach our boutique. However, during peak periods, such as holidays and sales, it may take a bit longer. If you have not received a return confirmation within 14 days of sending the return, please contact us at cs@sarracollections.com.

If you receive a damaged or faulty jewellery item, please contact us at cs@sarracollections.com as soon as possible. Package the jewellery with the jewellery box to prevent further damage, and send it back to us. Kindly include your order number, detailed photos of the damage, and a description of the claim in your communication. Once we confirm the defect, we will issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

Yes, you can return a gift as long as it was purchased directly from us. The return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. To process the return, we require the name of the person who purchased the gift and the order number. The item must be in its original condition with all tags still attached. Please note that we do not provide refunds for gift returns unless you are the original purchaser and can provide the original receipt.

As we do not offer free returns, we are unable to estimate the shipping costs. The return shipping expenses will be the responsibility of the customer.

If your shipment has not been sent yet, we will issue a refund of the total amount, including the shipping cost. However, if the shipment has already been dispatched and you received a confirmation email, the refund will only cover the jewellery amount, excluding the shipping cost. Once the shipment is returned to us, we will process the refund accordingly.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue the refund. This process usually takes between 3-10 working days, depending on your payment method. The refund will be credited back to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Once your return is processed, you will receive an updated Pay Later balance from Klarna. The balance will include any instructions for making the payment if there is an outstanding amount. If you have any questions or require assistance regarding Klarna payment, please contact Klarna directly.
