At SARRA, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your jewellery purchase. However, in the unlikely event that you are unhappy and wish to return your order, we offer a hassle-free exchange or refund policy. Simply notify us at cs@sarracollections.com within 14 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and email, and our customer service team will assist you with the return process.
To initiate the return, we will send you an email containing a return form. Please complete the form and include it with the unworn jewellery you intend to return. We kindly request that you ship the jewellery back to us at your own cost unless the item was defective or delivered incorrectly due to our mistake.
For your return to be accepted, it is important that the jewellery is in its original condition, with all packaging, accessories, tags, and other items included. Our customer service team meticulously inspects returns to ensure they meet our criteria, so please ensure there are no signs of wear and tear.
Please ship the jewellery within a reasonable time after receiving the return form to avoid cancellation of the return. For sale items, exchanges can be made within 7 days. Please note that due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of earrings. However, this does not affect your statutory rights.
